For housekeeping pros going out on their own

You know how to clean and maintain homes. You just don't have a business yet.

We build you a real website on your own domain, with a business number and an email address to match. The app takes it from there: booking, invoicing, getting paid. One monthly price.

Nothing for you to set up. A real person builds it with you and stays on the line through your first booking.

Most people never get the website up.

Going out on your own in housekeeping usually means hiring a web developer, buying a domain, and putting an office together before you've booked a single job. Then the phone rings while your hands are full, and that work goes to whoever picks up. Here's what runs before your first call.

1

A website with your name on it

We register the domain, build the site, and put it online for you. You also get a business phone number that's ready to ring and an email address to match. If you didn't have a business number before, you have one now.

2

The phone gets answered

Your booking page takes work around the clock. On Premium, the AI receptionist picks up the calls you miss, answers what it can, and books the job. It only offers windows you have open, and it never makes up a price.

3

No double-booking, ever

Customers only see the times you're free. A dispatch fee is collected up front, which sorts the serious calls from the ones that would have cost you a drive across town.

4

The day comes pre-routed

Every morning, your stops are put in drive-time order. Reminders and the on-my-way text go out without you touching the phone.

5

Paid before you leave the driveway

Quote it, invoice it, take the card. Bank payment, Cash App Pay, and financing on the big tickets. No more chasing a check at nine at night.

6

Bookkeeping that happens on its own

Invoices and payments land in QuickBooks with no export step in between. When the invoice clears, the review request goes out.

Premium

It answers the phone when you can't.

A human answering service costs $200 to $400 a month and takes a message. Ailura Premium runs the front desk instead. It picks up the phone, replies to texts, and works the chat widget on your website. It answers what it can, books the appointment, and hands you the call when the caller needs a person.

  • Answers every call, day or night
  • Handles the caller's questions
  • Books the appointment
  • Takes a message when it needs to
  • Reminds you to call back
  • Puts urgent calls straight through
  • Runs the chat on your website too

Yes. I have 1–3 PM or 3–5 PM open today. Which suits you better?

The same assistant answers your phone and your website chat, and books straight into your calendar.

Why we built it

We only make money when you do.

Our cut of a payment is 0.2%, capped at $10 no matter how big the job. On a $12,000 install, that's ten dollars. We priced it that low on purpose. We'd rather you were still working in five years than squeeze you this month. The two things that usually stop a good tradesperson from going out alone are a professional presence online and an office to run the work through, so those are the two things ONSQ Enterprises hands you.

You don't need a web developer.

We build the site and host it, under your own name.

You don't need a number, a domain, or an email.

We get you the number, register the domain, and set up the mailbox. There's no extra account for you to manage or renew.

You don't need software experience.

Big buttons and voice input. It never asks you to key in a part number.

You don't have to work it out alone.

A real person sets it up with you and walks you through your first booking.

Your website, number, and email

  • A real business website at yourname.com, built and hosted for you
  • A local business phone number, ready to ring. Already have one your customers know? Keep it.
  • We register the domain and handle the renewals, so there's no separate account for you to remember
  • A matching email address at you@yourname.com. It forwards to your phone unless you want a full inbox.
  • Your logo and your service area on the page before you take the first call
  • Wired straight into your booking page and the app, so there's one system to learn instead of three

Front office

  • Your own booking page at book.ailura.net/yourshop, plus a widget you can drop onto your website
  • Customers only see the times you have free, so nothing gets double-booked
  • The dispatch fee is collected at booking and goes straight to your account
  • Anyone who starts a booking and drops off still lands in your dashboard, with enough detail to call them back

The AI receptionist: phone, text, and web chatPremium

  • Answers in a natural voice, day or night, including the calls you miss or forward
  • Handles the caller's questions and books the appointment into your live calendar
  • The same assistant runs the chat widget on your website
  • Two-way texting for the customers who would rather not call
  • Takes a message when it has to, reminds you to call back, and puts urgent calls through to you
  • It only offers windows you have open, and it never invents a price. Ask for a human and it hands off.
  • Every call, text, and chat is logged in your dashboard

Scheduling and dispatch

  • Slots that account for travel time, with no calendar dragging
  • Your stops reordered by drive time every morning
  • Block off personal time. You decide which weekends and which windows you work.
  • A feed into whichever calendar app you already use

Quotes, invoices, and getting paid

  • Good / Better / Best quotes drafted from your own price list, never from a made-up number
  • Quotes and invoices sent from your phone, standing in the driveway
  • Text-to-pay by card, bank transfer, Cash App Pay, or Apple Pay, with Klarna and Affirm financing on the big tickets
  • Maintenance memberships and a small storefront, for money that comes in every month
  • A review request that goes out on its own once the invoice is paid

Parts, inventory, and job costing

  • Buy your parts anywhere. Big box, supply house, online. No wholesale account required.
  • Scan a barcode to count what's on the van or in the garage. The next shopping list writes itself.
  • Photograph the receipt and the parts get charged to the right job
  • The real margin on every job, once parts and labor come out
  • A toolbox of trade calculators in your pocket

Back office

  • One dashboard with today's jobs, the money in, and the leads waiting on you
  • A nightly report that closes out the day at a glance
  • QuickBooks sync you never have to think about. No exporting, no importing.
  • Confirmations, reminders, and on-my-way messages sent for you, by text or email

One price covers the website, the domain, and the app.

Base is $49 a month. That's under what Housecall Pro's or Jobber's entry plans cost, and neither of those gives you a website or a domain. Premium is $149 and adds the AI receptionist, which is still less than a human answering service that only takes messages.

No fake stars on this site.

You won't find invented review counts or stock-photo testimonials here. Ailura is being built and tested inside a working Texas HVAC company, one release at a time. When we have customers worth quoting, we'll quote them by name, with their permission and their real numbers.

Be one of the first ten.

The first ten companies lock in $29 a month for Base or $99 for Premium, and keep that rate for good.
